Experienced Shop Foreman/ Lead Technician – Commerce City

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shop Foreman/Lead Diesel Technician to oversee our daily service shop operations in Commerce City. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with accountability for shop efficiency, repair quality, operational execution, and team growth. As the key leader in our shop, you will oversee the daily activities of the shop, coordinate repair workflows, mentor technicians, and uphold safety and quality standards. Your leadership will ensure operational efficiency, safety compliance, and exceptional customer service for internal teams and external clients while actively developing technicians into high-performing contributors. The Foreman serves as the primary bridge between technicians, service advisors, and management.
  • Position type & shift: Full-time nonexempt, 40 hours per week, Mon – Fri, 8am to 5pm
  • Out of State Travel Required: Up to 1 week per year
  • Wage: $36 – $45/hr

FORT COLLINS, CO

Experienced Service Manager – Fort Collins

  • As the Service Manager, your daily responsibilities will center around overseeing the seamless operation of our service department. This involves managing a team of skilled technicians, ensuring they adhere to established standards of productivity and workmanship. Your commitment to organization, customer service, and service knowledge are key performance indicators, as you strive to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and will be essential to achieving our shared goal of delivering an exceptional service experience to our customers. The Service manager will be the main point of contact for all service related inquires.
    Daily duties include greeting customers and directing them on available repair options. Consult the technicians about needed repairs and alternatives that can be offered. Answering customer questions about service outcomes and informing them about potential cost savings and warranty protections. Preparing service repair estimates and ordering parts. Rental check-ins and informing customers of changes in service or when their equipment is ready to be picked up.
  • Position type & shift: Full-time nonexempt, 40 hours per week, Mon – Fri, 8am to 5pm
  • Out of State Travel Required: Up to 1 week per year
  • Wage: $29 – $38/hr

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO

Experienced Service Technician – Colorado Springs

  • The Service Technician is responsible for the high quality and effective repair of equipment both internally and externally. They provide excellent customer service, maintain professionalism, and utilize a web-based platform to keep detailed records for time, parts, supplies, purchases and repairs. Daily duties include performing diagnostic inspections, reconditioning or repairing equipment or parts, maintaining complete and detailed working records for time, parts, supplies, and outside purchases for repairs, maintaining and caring for shop tools, company equipment and company vehicles, job code efficiency, following all safety rules and regulations, as well as representing Vermeer Colorado at factory, industry and company events, including meetings and trainings.
