Experienced Service Manager – Grand Junction

As the Service Manager, your daily responsibilities will center around overseeing the seamless operation of our service department. This involves managing a team of skilled technicians, ensuring they adhere to established standards of productivity and workmanship. Your commitment to organization, customer service, and service knowledge are key performance indicators, as you strive to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and will be essential to achieving our shared goal of delivering an exceptional service experience to our customers. The Service manager will be the main point of contact for all service related inquires. Daily duties include greeting customers and directing them on available repair options. Consult the technicians about needed repairs and alternatives that can be offered. Answering customer questions about service outcomes and informing them about potential cost savings and warranty protections. Preparing service repair estimates and ordering parts. Rental check-ins and informing customers of changes in service or when their equipment is ready to be picked up.
Position type & shift: Full-time nonexempt, 40 hours per week, Mon – Fri, 8am to 5pm
Out of State Travel Required: Up to 1 week per year
Wage: $29 – $34/hr

Experienced Field Service Technician – Fort Collins

The Field Service Technician is responsible for the high quality and effective repair of equipment both internally and externally located in the field or at the shop. They provide excellent customer service, maintain professionalism, drive to a from jobsites in a company vehicle and utilize a webbased platform to keep detailed records for time, parts, supplies, purchases and repairs. Daily duties include performing diagnostic inspections, reconditioning or repairing equipment or parts, maintaining complete and detailed working records for time, parts, supplies, and outside purchases for repairs, preparing estimates, maintaining and caring for shop tools, company equipment and company vehicles, daily vehicle inspection reports, job code efficiency, following all safety rules and regulations, as well as representing Vermeer Colorado at factory, industry and company events, including meetings and trainings.
Position type & shift: Full-time nonexempt, minimum 40 hours per week w/ occasional OT and overnight stays
Out of State Travel Required: Up to 4 weeks per year
Wage: $34 – $40/hr

Experienced Territory Manager, TCRL lineup only – Colorado Springs

The Territory Manager leads sales efforts across a defined geographic region by driving revenue growth, building long-term customer relationships, and promoting Vermeer’s TCRL suite of equipment solutions as well as other support services available. The responsibilities include managing designated sales territory, keeping accurate and up-to-date CRM details, identifying new opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and presenting tailored heavy equipment solutions. This role requires achieving sales targets, negotiating deals, equipment demonstrations, class A CDL, obtaining Colorado Sales license and collaborating with the team to provide exceptional customer service.
Position type & shift: Full-time Salary Exempt, w/ an anticipated 45-50hr work week
Out of State Travel Required: Up to 4 weeks per year
Wage: $24,000 base salary + Commission
Residency Requirements: Must live in or near designated territory
