Vermeer dealerships are essential to customer satisfaction, and based on recent feedback, Vermeer dealerships are doing their jobs. Each month, the Frontline will feature quotes from Vermeer customers, which display their appreciation for all of your hard work.

Roger, recent D7×11 Series II drill owner out of Missouri, utilizes his Vermeer drill for installation of a variety of projects, including phone, cable and electric lines. When contacted by Vermeer and asked “If you needed to purchase another drill, would you buy a Vermeer and why/why not?” Roger responded, “Yes I would, I bought three [drills] over the last year. I would buy another because we have such a good relationship at the dealership. They are within five miles from me and they always get me in right away if I need something. They work really hard to keep all of our business.”


Jerry of Illinois, a recent owner of a Vermeer RTX750, was also contacted by Vermeer to check on his satisfaction with the equipment. When asked if he would purchase Vermeer again, Jerry shares positive feedback on his dealership out of Aurora: “Yes I would. This is our third one we have purchased from Vermeer Midwest. Every time we need anything, they are Johnny on the spot, and that for us is huge. Matt Lind is our salesman, and I can reach him at all hours of the day or night.”
