5. Travel charges are billed as follows:

Field service truck portal to portal $110.00 per hour and $2.75 a mile. Minimum and call out charges may apply.
6. Service call out charge after hours, Saturday, Sunday and holidays will be based on applicable rate with a two (2) hour minimum.
7. Heavy trucking (add fees, permits & fuel surcharge) including load and unload
